Your First Visit
The first visit to our office is designed to get you better acquainted with all we offer as well as introduce you to the Doctor and our caring staff. We encourage questions and will do our best to provide a positive dental experience. During your first visit, we will do a complete examination and necessary x-rays. If specific treatment in recommended or indicated, we will develop a written treatment plan and go over it in detail, explaining our findings and recommendations.
For your convenience, we accept most major credit cards, checks or cash. We also have a financial service available if necessary. If you have dental insurance, we’ll gladly submit the claim for you, however, your portion of the payment will be due at the time the service is rendered. If you have dental insurance, please bring your dental card. Please make sure that it is your dental insurance and not your medical insurance. Please have your group number and your social security number available. This will enable us to best process your dental insurance claim. We ask that you read your policy to be sure that you are fully aware of any limitations of the policy. Your policy may base its allowances on a fixed fee schedule that may or may not coincide with our usual fees. You should be aware that different insurance companies vary greatly in the type of coverage offered.
We accept most dental plans. We also work with Care Credit, an outside finance company that allows you to pursue your dental care.
